What that includes
- Every feature. There is no crippled free tier — early access customers get the whole product.
- Direct support. You are talking to the people who wrote it, not a ticket queue.
- No lock-in. Your findings, licence records and audit logs can be exported. Revoking our Azure role at your end stops everything immediately.
When we do start charging
We will tell every early-access customer well in advance, and nobody gets billed for a period they did not agree to. If the price does not work for you, you can walk away with your data.
Costs that are not ours
Two things cost money regardless of what we charge, and both are billed to you by the provider, not by us.
Azure Key Vault operations
Vault Governance stores secrets in Azure Key Vault, which charges a small amount per ten thousand operations. At team scale this is cents a month, but it is not zero.
Your AI provider, if you enable it
The handbook answering in IT & License Hub works without AI. If you add a model API key to get written answers, that provider bills you directly. Several have free tiers.
Buying through Azure
We are working through Microsoft's publisher verification so these can be bought through the Azure Marketplace and billed on your existing Azure invoice. That is not live yet. If procurement at your end would prefer it that way, tell us and we will let you know the moment it is.
